SKIN SANCTUARY AESTHETICS POLICIES

At our Aesthetic Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Skin Sanctuary Aesthetics experience. 

Non refundable booking fees - Please note at time of booking a 50% non refundable booking fee will be required.
 If you require a cancellation please do this 48 hours before the time of your booked appointment, your appointment can be rearranged once, if you cancel less than 48hours before appointment then the fee will be lost. 

Anti Wrinkle injections - Please note that if booking an anti wrinkle treatment, you will need to see a perscriber before an appointment with me to go through a medical consultation which can be arranged when enquiring. 

Clients, please attend appointments alone and on time. The clinic is a small space and we do not have a waiting room.

Please call the clinic if you are going to be late, we can allow a 15 minute delay but if any later a new appointment will need to be booked and a new booking fee will be charged.
